Finchlea Estates is an independent provider of high quality short term serviced accommodation to corporate and private tenants. Properties range from studio apartments to large country houses.

Being aware of the personal requirements of the business traveller and private tenant, each property is fully serviced, extensively furnished and equipped for immediate occupancy including direct dial telephones and high speed internet access.

Except for a few Central London properties, the minimum rental period is 7 nights with varying flexibility to extend or terminate. Inclusive rental rates make short lets a practical and economical alternative to hotel accommodation, but with the independence and privacy.

The rental booking process is quick, easy and operational at short notice.

Upon arrival all occupants are personally greeted at their property, keys handed over and welcome information provided. In the event of emergencies, out of office contact numbers are issued.

Additional services are available upon request, including baby equipment and computer hire plus temporary gym membership.
